In the centre is my existing building retained from the old picture house called "The Roxy" from 1911, to form a pub restaurant with my new mansard floor extension to create the kitchens as is there now

Immediately to the left in Cheltenham Place is a 4 bed town house over an existing garage, I also new built for investment in 2000
