We are pleased to be working with Hove Village Nurseries again, on our fourth nursery school for them within this new development on Marine Parade, Kemp Town, Brighton. Others this firm has completed are at New Church Road, Hove Library, and Bloomsbury Street.

Eight penthouses are Planning approved

Further to my previous News posting I am pleased to report that these eight penthouses were Planning approved. We then prepared a full set of Building Regulations drawings and construction drawings during the site works with the main contractor to completion and hand over.

This scheme comprises a design for 2 no. detached 4400 sq ft bespoke houses complete with basement, cinema, 5 bedrooms including a penthouse suite with garden terraces.

The firm obtained planning consent for the demolition of 2 domestic garages to form a detached 3 bedroom house. October 2019, construction completed.

July 2019 - Renovation and conversion to form a children's nursery at HOVE LIBRARY is nearing completion

The Argus newspaper reported; 'In its supporting statement, architects Broe Architecture Limited said: “The alterations are of a minor nature and carefully conceived to maintain existing features and ensure the spaces are appropriate to the proposed use as a nursery.". The application for Planning Listed Building consents were duly approved.
