By way of a feasibility study, we can advise our clients on whether we think a project would be viable, or likely to succeed through planning negotiation.
From preliminary client consultations to establish a Brief and outline the stage fees; the practice drafts a resume of the clients objectives. The RIBA stage services are then carried out to prepare outline designs, detailed designs and if required construction drawings.

The practice regularly works with chartered planning consultants to advise and on pre-application and potential appeals.
