As part of a comprehensive upgrading of facilities at a public golf club in Hove, the practice produced proposals for a subterranean sports club with viewing terrace overlooking the first tee. The scheme also incorporated reconstruction of existing dilapidated buildings around a Listed barn to achieve overnight accommodation and motel facilities within the site.
